Understanding Frailty – a Church Presentation

My name is Cathy Maxwell and my work at Vanderbilt School of Nursing centers around helping older adults to understand the concept of frailty and the influence of frailty on falls, injury and outcomes. I am deeply committed to reaching out to communities and in helping seniors to live healthy and fulfilled lives. Over the past few months, I have presented a short presentation on “Understanding Frailty” at churches, senior centers and YMCAs. I allow plenty of time for questions and have found these sessions to be rich and rewarding for participants.
If your church or organization is interested in this presentation, I offer my service and expertise at no charge. Please feel free to forward this email to your colleagues that might be interested. The link below provides information about me from the Vanderbilt website.
